Terms & Conditions

Event Attendance
By registering for The Founder’s Showcase, you agree to comply with all event rules, venue policies, and the directions of event staff. The event takes place at Founder’s Green and Terminus Hub in South Downtown Atlanta.
Photography & Media
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and recorded. Photos and video may be used for event promotion, social media, and marketing materials by Braggly, Atlanta Tech Week, and Atlanta Tech Village.
Exhibitor Terms
- Exhibitor fees ($1,500) are non-refundable within 7 days of the event
- Exhibitors are responsible for their own booth setup, equipment, and teardown
- Exhibitor booths must remain staffed during event hours
- Braggly reserves the right to approve or decline exhibitor applications
Sponsor Terms
- Sponsorship benefits are as outlined in the sponsorship deck and confirmed via email
- Sponsor logos and assets must be provided in high resolution by July 31, 2026
- Braggly reserves final creative approval on all event materials
Liability
Braggly, Atlanta Tech Week, and Atlanta Tech Village are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss occurring during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.
Cancellation
In the unlikely event of cancellation, registered attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors will be notified via email. Exhibitor and sponsor fees will be refunded in full if the event is cancelled by the organizer.
